No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie


It's strawberry season! Strawberry pie....mmmmmm. Try this one from Domino


Puree 2 lbs of strawberries. Whisk 1 & 1/4 cups milk, 3/4  cups sugar and 5 tbsp cornstarch in saucepan until dissolved. Add strawberry puree and 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice. Cook on high heat whisking frequently until thick and bubbly (about 7 minutes). Pour into graham cracker crust. Let cool about 30 minutes then place in the fridge to with a cover overnight. Garnish with  whipped cream and extra strawberries before serving. bon appetit!
